Secure a unique company name approved by the Registrar of Companies (ROC) within a 3-month validity period.

Form Preparation

Complete essential business registration forms (Form 1, Form 18, Form 19, and Articles of Association) after ROC name approval. Download, fill in details, and obtain signatures.

Document Submission

Submit prepared forms via the ROC's online portal for approval using the eROC system.

TIN Application

Apply for a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and receive the TIN certificate from the Inland Revenue Department (IRD).
